CNC Programmer

Job Summary:

An experienced CNC Programmer is required to work in Tempe, AZ. The role focuses on Haas machine setup, programming, troubleshooting, and customer interaction, combining hands‑on machining expertise with technical support and training.

• Program, set up, and optimize Haas CNC machines, including tooling, fixturing, machine runoffs, and process validation.
• Interpret blueprints and develop efficient machining processes, CNC programs, and setup procedures.
• Provide remote and on‑site technical support to troubleshoot CNC programming, setup, and machine operation issues.
• Train customers on machine operation, programming, setup methods, troubleshooting, and best practices.
• Support pre‑sales demonstrations, customer runoffs, trade shows, and technical training events.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, customer support records, and follow‑up on technical issues.

• Salary range: $80,000 to $100,000 per year.
