Job Title: Blanchard and Surface Grinder Operator
Pay: $22 to $32 per hour, depending on experience

- Set up and operate Blanchard grinders and surface grinders
- Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
- Grind parts to precise dimensions and tolerances
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work area clean and organized
- Work safely and efficiently in a fast‑paced shop environment
- Experience operating Blanchard grinders and surface grinders
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Dependable, punctual, and team‑oriented
- Machine shop experience preferred
