Position OverviewWe are seeking a Cleanroom Assembler/Operator to join our production team in Tempe, AZ. This position operates within a cleanroom environment requiring a full bunny suit. You will be responsible for manually loading and unloading products, operating and maintaining machines, and conducting basic quality checks with precision. This is a hands‑on, detail-oriented role, ideal for individuals who thrive in repetitive, process-driven work with high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities- Manually load and unload parts and components using established procedures
- Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment, including filling chemicals
- Use a low‑powered microscope for limited inspection tasks
- Maintain cleanroom standards and proper handling procedures for delicate glass products
- Perform data entry and basic PC functions as part of production documentation
- Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Participate in team meetings and support continuous improvement efforts
- High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years of relevant experience
- Strong manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination
- Close attention to detail and ability to consistently produce high‑quality work
- Basic PC literacy, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Willingness to work in a full cleanroom suit and perform repetitive tasks
- Able to sit or stand for extended periods and lift arms to shoulder height repeatedly
- Associate’s Degree or post‑secondary certification with 0–2 years of related experience
- Experience handling small, delicate components such as microchips or glass parts
- Background in electronics or electro‑mechanical assembly
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Dependable and self‑motivated
- Patient, with the ability to make quick quality decisions
- Team‑player mindset with a positive attitude
- 1st shift, cleanroom environment
- Full cleanroom attire (bunny suit) required at all times
