Job Details

This is an exhilarating opportunity for an experienced Consulting CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our operations, providing expert advice and hands-on experience in CNC machining. This role is perfect for an individual who is passionate about contributing to the design and production of high-quality products, and who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

Programming and operating CNC machines, including mill and lathe operations, to manufacture parts according to specifications.

Reading and interpreting complex blueprints, drawings and other specifications to ensure accurate production.

Utilizing expertise in 2-3-4-5 AXIS machining to enhance production capabilities.

Troubleshooting and resolving issues with CNC machines and other equipment, minimizing downtime and maintaining productivity.

Collaborating with the team to develop and implement strategies for improving efficiency and quality.

Calibrating equipment to ensure it meets production requirements and maintains accuracy.

Training and mentoring less experienced team members, sharing knowledge to enhance professional development.

Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

A minimum of 4 years of experience in CNC machining, including mill and lathe operation.

Proven experience in machine programming in a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in 2-3-4- and/or 5 AXIS machining.

Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.

Attention to detail to produce high-quality, accurate products.

Excellent teamwork skills and ability to collaborate to achieve goals.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical specifications.

Experience in equipment calibration to ensure accuracy and reliability of machinery.

Commitment to safety and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
