Adhere to Environmental, Health, and Safety procedures while fostering a proactive safety culture;
Set up and troubleshoot automated packaging equipment across multiple value streams within standardized changeover times;
Lead and train peers on the production floor and assist maintenance with troubleshooting and maintenance tasks;
Monitor and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) on the production floor with timely adjustments;
Lead implementation of 6S across the production floor and execute CMMS work orders in Maximo for repairs/improvements
