UDA - United Dairymen of Arizona is seeking a Lactose Evaporator/RO Operator to oversee lactose processing, ensuring equipment runs safely and produces quality products. You will perform CIP on RO and evaporator equipment, operate Zimmer evaporator and RO systems, maintain records, and follow SOPs, HACCP, and GMP policies.
Candidates should be able to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and communicate across plants while adhering to safety standards.
