Packaging Operator

Anheuser-Busch seeks a Packaging Operator to run high-speed packaging lines in a fast-paced brewery environment. You will set up, operate, and monitor equipment to safely package beer and other beverages to strict quality standards. Responsibilities include performing changeovers, basic troubleshooting, and quality checks while maintaining detailed production and downtime records. You'll uphold safety, sanitation, and GMP practices, collaborate with maintenance and quality teams, and support continuous improvement in a legacy-rich, data-driven manufacturing culture.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust packaging line equipment to safely package beverages to quality standards
• Perform routine line changeovers, basic equipment troubleshooting, and minor adjustments to reduce downtime
• Conduct quality checks on packaging, coding, fill levels, and seals; document results and take corrective action
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements
• Accurately complete production, downtime, and quality records in paper and digital systems
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and brewing teams to resolve issues and improve line performance
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and suggest ideas to enhance efficiency and yield
• Handle materials, load supplies, and maintain organized, clean work areas around the packaging line
