Assembly Technician

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for an Assembly Technician. Position Type:
Full Time Contract, Possible Contract to hire Duration: 12 months

Tempe, AZ 85281 Shift: 9/80 schedule 5:00am-2:30pm; EO Friday 5;00AM-1PM Mandatory Scheduled overtime

As an Assembly Technician you will be:
Assembler for Chemical Services to support the safe assembly, handling, labeling, packaging, and preparation of chemical-related products and service materials. This role is responsible for following work instructions, maintaining quality standards, using proper safety procedures, inspecting finished items, and keeping accurate production and inventory records. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, and experience in assembly, production, packaging, or chemical handling.

It also requires adherence to chemical safety practices, proper use of personal protective equipment, and attention to detail in all assembly-related tasks

• Assembly and packaging
• Chemical handling awareness
• Quality inspection
• Documentation and recordkeeping
• Safety compliance

Work may be performed in a production area, chemical service area. May involve exposure to chemicals, fumes, or industrial equipment under controlled safety conditions

Ideal Candidate will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in assembly, production, packaging, or chemical handling preferred
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions, safety procedures, and safety guidelines
• Basic understanding of workplace safety and quality practices
• Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to meet physical demands of the position

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis. We are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar positions. If this role is not a fit for you, we do offer a referral bonus program for referrals that we successfully place with our clients, subject to program guidelines. PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $19 to $19.50/per hour
* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
