Junior Talent Manager
to help us keep the momentum growing.

• Assist in managing day-to-day communications between talent and brands
• Draft and track contracts, usage terms, and deliverables
• Hands on management with celebrity, sports, and influencer clients
• Support inbound PR/gifting opportunities and ensure proper talent alignment
• Help pitch clients to brand partners and build casting decks
• Maintain CRM records, campaign documents, and internal trackers
• Provide hands‑on support to Senior Talent Managers and Co‑Founders

• 1–3 years experience in influencer marketing, PR, talent, or social media
• Highly organized and deadline‑driven with strong attention to detail
• Strong written communication and a professional, proactive tone
• Comfortable interfacing with brands, agents, and high‑profile personalities
• Familiar with Instagram, Tik Tok, affiliate marketing, and social metrics
• Able to manage multiple projects with a calm, client‑first approach
• Have experience with creators in the parenting, beauty, home, or sports verticals
• Are fluent in tools like Slack, and Canva
• Understand paid usage rights, exclusivity, and whitelisting basics
• Work directly with very hot up and coming talent, celebrities, and athletes.
