PositionThe Digital Marketing Lead plays a hands‑on role in planning, executing, analyzing, and improving all digital marketing efforts. You’ll manage day‑to‑day performance across multiple clients and internal projects, using both standard platforms and our proprietary technology to drive measurable results.
This role reports directly to the VP of Marketing and works closely with them to align on performance goals, campaign priorities, and process improvements. You’ll also collaborate daily with cross‑functional members of the marketing team, including creative, content, analytics, and product specialists, in an energetic, in‑office environment.
Ideal Skills- PPC Marketing:
Help plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms to drive measurable ROI - SEO:
Execute on‑page and off‑page SEO initiatives, including keyword research, technical optimization, and content strategy - Content Marketing:
Develop and distribute high‑quality written, visual, and video content aligned with client goals and brand voice - Product Marketing:
Support go‑to‑market initiatives, focusing on positioning, audience targeting, and value communication - Email Marketing:
Build, manage, and optimize automated campaigns and nurture sequences to engage leads and customers - Event Marketing:
Assist in coordination and promotion of digital and in‑person events, webinars, and campaigns that increase brand visibility and lead generation - Messaging & Positioning:
Help craft clear, differentiated messaging frameworks and ensure consistency across all channels - Copywriting:
Write compelling ad copy, web content, email messaging, and social media posts that convert - Creative & Graphic Design:
Collaborate with design teams to produce assets aligned with campaign objectives and brand identity - Video Content:
Contribute to concept development, scriptwriting, and optimization of short‑form and long‑form video campaigns - Social Media Marketing:
Manage paid and organic social initiatives to increase engagement, reach, and brand awareness - Market Research & Intelligence:
Conduct ongoing market, audience, and competitor research to uncover insights, trends, and opportunities that inform marketing decisions - Produce accurate, data‑driven reports that highlight results, learnings, and actionable recommendations
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and emerging best practices, applying new insights to enhance campaign performance
- Participate in team learning sessions to share knowledge and support ongoing professional development
- 4–8 years of digital marketing experience, preferably within an agency environment managing multiple accounts
- Proven experience across PPC, SEO, content, email, and social media marketing
- Demonstrated ability in market research and market intelligence — analyzing audience behaviors, competitive landscapes, and market trends to guide marketing decisions
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting platforms (Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, or similar)
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM and Pardot (Account Engagement) for campaign management, lead tracking, and reporting
- Strong copywriting and creative communication skills
- Familiarity with creative and marketing technology tools that enhance automation and analytics
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
