GILE Companies is hiring an experienced Part-Time Post-Production and Content Coordinator to manage post-production and content operations for the commercial real estate firm and Ark Vets veterinary hospitals.

This person turns raw photos and videos into finished marketing content. The role includes editing short-form videos, creating static posts, writing captions, sending emails, maintaining online profiles, and reporting performance across all active platforms.

Hours:

Flexible schedule, 20 to 30 hours per week.

• Turn raw photo and video footage into finished marketing content.
• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook, You Tube Shorts, and other platforms.
• Create static social media posts.
• Write captions that match each company’s brand voice.
• Repurpose content across multiple platforms.
• Organize finished content for review, approval, and publishing.

• Create and schedule content for:
  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • Google Business Profile
  • Nextdoor
  • You Tube
• Create and send email campaigns through Mailchimp.
• Schedule and publish content through Buffer.
• Use Riverside to organize and edit video content.
• Maintain a consistent content calendar.
• Support content for both commercial real estate and veterinary healthcare audiences.

• Maintain company profiles across all active platforms.
• Keep business hours, contact details, services, locations, and profile information current.
• Review local business profiles for accuracy.
• Update Google Business Profiles and other local listings when information changes.
• Help keep the online presence accurate and consistent across GILE Companies and Ark Vets.

• Track performance across social media platforms.
• Track email campaign performance in Mailchimp.
• Report results from Google Business Profiles and other local listings.
• Monitor engagement, reach, views, clicks, and other platform measurements.
• Prepare clear reports for the marketing team.
• Identify which content performs best across each platform.

Requirements

• Experience with social media post-production.
• Experience editing short-form video.
• Experience creating static social media content.
• Experience writing captions for business audiences.
• Experience managing business profiles and local listings.
• Experience using email marketing platforms.
• Experience using tools such as Mailchimp, Buffer, Riverside, and Bright Local.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage deadlines and complete work with limited supervision.
• Ability to maintain a consistent brand voice across different companies and industries.
• Portfolio or examples of previous work required.

• Experience with commercial real estate marketing.
• Experience with veterinary, healthcare, wellness, or service businesses.
