Job Summary:
We’re seeking a Director, Performance Marketing and Digital Products to help us relentlessly pursue greatness. The Director will lead the digital marketing group responsible for owned digital channels, lifecycle marketing, CRM strategy, paid media, and digital product experiences across the team website, mobile app, ticketing, and other fan-facing platforms. This role will connect performance marketing, fan data, personalization, automation, UX optimization, and product strategy to create a more seamless fan journey that increases acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and lifetime value.
The role will also serve as a key cross-functional partner across Corporate Partnerships, Ticket Sales, Community Relations, Content, Data & Analytics, and other departments to align digital strategy with organizational priorities and business-driving initiatives.

Job Duties:
- Implement and manage both online and offline marketing programs that will enable the business to meet consumer acquisition targets, sales, margin, and overall goal achievement.
- Build strategies and oversee optimization and measurement of consumer acquisition, cross-sell initiatives, and remarketing to deliver incremental sales, and enable consumer loyalty.
- Assist with the selection and management of the business’s technology partners for the purpose of ensuring that the business is maximizing marketing performance and profitably.
- Coordinates cross-functional input, deliverables, timelines, and communicates properly documented progress and issues of programs to the SVP, Marketing.
- Track and monitor program performance against the business’s overall goals and objectives.
- Provide weekly/monthly/annual policy and quote forecasts for all the business’s products, evaluates scenarios for ROI performance, and communicates results and recommendations to the SVP, Marketing and key stakeholders.
