Be Part of Something Eternal
Nearly 2 billion Muslims have never heard the saving message of Jesus Christ. At Frontiers, we believe God is calling His Church to change that. We partner with local churches to send workers to the Muslim world—workers who make disciples and plant churches where the Gospel has never been heard.
If you’re passionate about mobilizing the Church for global mission and equipping leaders to fulfill the Great Commission, this role is for you.
Coaching. Support. Shepherd.
As a Pastoral Coach, you’ll come alongside field workers serving around the world, providing spiritual encouragement, prayer, coaching, and relational support so they can thrive in their walk with Jesus and remain effective in their ministry. If you have a heart for missions, a passion for caring for others, and a desire to invest in the wellbeing of cross-cultural workers, this is an opportunity to make a lasting Kingdom impact.
At Frontiers, we believe God is calling His Church to bring the Gospel to the least-reached Muslim peoples. Our field workers serve in some of the most challenging and spiritually significant places on earth. Through intentional relationships, pastoral care, and Christ-centered coaching, the Barnabas Team helps sustain and strengthen those on the front lines of ministry. As a Pastoral Coach, you will play a vital role in encouraging, equipping, and caring for workers as they faithfully pursue God’s calling among the nations.
