As a TCK Advocate, you’ll come alongside field workers serving around the world, providing spiritual encouragement, prayer, coaching, and relational support so they can thrive in their walk with Jesus and remain effective in their ministry. At Frontiers, we believe God is calling His Church to bring the Gospel to the least-reached Muslim peoples. Our field workers serve in some of the most challenging and spiritually significant places on earth. Through intentional relationships, pastoral care, and Christ-centered coaching, the Barnabas Team helps sustain and strengthen those on the front lines of ministry.

As a TCK Advocate, you will provide spiritual encouragement, prayer, coaching, and relational support to field workers serving around the world, helping them thrive in their walk with Jesus and remain effective in ministry.

• Assist the TCK Team in preparing for Oasis Retreat, Candidate School, kids clubs, and Bible studies.
• Prepare and teach a variety of age groups (nursery to teenagers).
• Support Oasis and CS Kids/Teens by preparing and participating in events and activities such as family worship and field day.
• Help resource the Family and Pastoral Coaches with debriefings, consultations, and meetings with parents and families on and off the field.
• Assist Family and Pastoral Coaches with in‑person debriefings as invited.
• Help churches and sending groups learn how to support TCKs and their families.
• Respond to and cultivate requests from churches regarding support for TCKs and their families.
• Establish a rhythm of prayer and spiritual support encouraging third‑culture kids to thrive in their relationship with Jesus.
• Initiate relationships with third‑culture kids at every opportunity, offering encouragement, coaching, counseling, and prayer.
• Raise 100% of your financial support (salary, benefits, ministry expenses).

• A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a heart for missions.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of experience working with kids and in missions (preferred).
• A heart for missions, cross‑cultural workers, Muslims, and ministering to kids/TCKs and families.
• Ability to raise and maintain personal support.
