• Full Time 3x12 Day Shift 7am-7pm

Copper Springs East is part of Lifepoint Health, a diversified healthcare delivery network. The 96‑bed behavioral health hospital in Gilbert, Arizona offers inpatient and outpatient programs for mental health and addiction treatment, including ECT and specialized programs such as Help for Heroes.

• Assess patients and plan care within set time frames; document findings per policies.
• Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond accordingly, including notifying the physician.
• Follow hospital policy for medication administration.
• Consistently use empathy, dignity, and respect when interacting with patients.
• Deliver quality nursing care to ensure treatment plans are properly executed following policies and demonstrated competencies.
• Assist and perform comprehensive nursing assessments on all patients.

• Associate's degree in nursing required.
• Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) state license required.
• Experience in a psychiatric health care facility with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, or geriatric patients preferred; experience in patient assessment, family motivation, treatment planning, and communication with external review organizations.
• CPR and de‑escalation certification required within 30 days of hire.
