Pay: $19.64 - $21.60/hour (DOE)

Schedule: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Staffing Ratio: 1 CNA/LNA per 8-10 residents

• Provide compassionate, hands‑on care under RN/LPN supervision
• Assist with daily living activities & ensure residents’ comfort
• Be a vital part of a supportive, team‑focused environment

• CNA/LNA certification - Arizona
• Health Care Provider/BLS CPR (within 90 days)
• Level 1 AZ Fingerprint Clearance
