Nurse Practitioner No Weekends

A dedicated outpatient Pulmonology team in Kingman, Arizona — part of the largest non-profit healthcare system in northwest Arizona — is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to manage a broad range of respiratory and chronic lung conditions. This is a specialty-focused, outpatient-only role with a 4-day, 10-hour shift schedule, a strong base salary plus RVU productivity bonus, and a full benefits package that includes malpractice coverage, CME allowance, and retirement matching.

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments including medical history, physical exams, and symptom review
• Order and interpret pulmonary function tests, spirometry, chest imaging, ABGs, and labs
• Develop and manage individualized care plans for asthma, COPD, pulmonary hypertension, ILD, and post-COVID respiratory conditions
• Prescribe and manage bronchodilators, inhaled therapies, and oxygen therapy within scope
• Collaborate with pulmonologists and multidisciplinary care team on complex cases
• Educate patients and families on disease management, smoking cessation, and breathing strategies
• Coordinate specialist referrals and manage follow-up care
• Maintain accurate and timely EHR documentation

• MSN from accredited NP program | National FNP certification required
• BLS certification required
• Experience preferred — pulmonology or related specialty a plus
• Strong collaboration skills for team-based, coordinated care
