RN Cardiac Clinical Coordinator FT Nights
Position Summary:
Coordinates functions and activities related to a single departmental function and is responsible for a clinic unit. Coordinates scheduling efforts for the unit's RN staff, serves as liaison to internal and external customers (e.g., pre-hospital providers, medical and nursing staff, hospital administration), develops and implements plans/processes to meet regulatory requirements, and trains and mentors staff.

- Ability to independently make decisions in high‑stress situations.

QualificationsEducation: Minimum:
Nursing degree from an accredited school. Preferred: BSN.
Experience: Minimum:
Two years relevant clinical nursing experience. For Level II EQ Only: A minimum of two years of current Level III NICU experience including neonatal ventilator. Preferred:
Management experience with two years supervisory. Certification in specialty area of practice preferred.
Certifications / Licensure: License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona; CPR. ACLS as applicable by Facility/Department (ER, ICU, Endoscopy, Tele, Cardiac Cath Lab, L&D: ACLS required upon orientation completion). ER: PALS or ENPC required or must be obtained within ninety days. PACU: ACLS required or must be obtained within six months of hire; PALS preferred. Post‑partum, Nursery, L&D: NRP required upon orientation completion.
Bariatrics:
Certification or specialized training in bariatrics specialty area of practice. Wound Care:
Wound‑Ostomy Certification or training in wound care and/or ostomy care.
Required Course Training: L&D only:
Advanced Fetal Monitoring or must be obtained within six months of hire.
Up to $15,000 bonus.
