Position
Staff Health is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our facility in Tucson, AZ.
Responsibilities- Report to the Nurse (RN) Manager/Supervisor and work alongside caregivers to provide high‑quality patient care.
- Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living and restorative programs.
- Complete charting and documentation before the end of each shift.
- Measure vital signs.
- Maintain a 30‑minute break; timesheet signed by Supervisor on Duty before submission to Staff Health.
- Work day and night shifts on 12‑hour schedules.
- Wear clean and pressed scrubs.
- At least 1 year of experience.
- Current LPN certification.
- Current physical exam and PPD.
- Valid CPR certification (BLS or equivalent).
- MMR vaccine.
- Completed background checks, pre‑employment and drug screenings.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, LVN/LPN.
- 3 completed references.
