PositionRegistered Nurse (RN) Float Pool joining our team. This role supports a fluid, mission-driven approach to delivering care across multiple units.

Our Float Pool is looking for tech-savvy, professional nurses ready to take on the facility.

How You’ll Contribute- Performs plan-of-care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and related medical care.
- Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate care (transfers, discharges, referrals, psychosocial/spiritual support).
- Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.
- Displays initiative and flexibility to float throughout the building to support departments and staff.

Applicants should have a current Arizona or Compact State RN license and possess an Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
- Education:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred - Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) required; ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred - Experience:
1–2 years of bedside RN experience; 2–4 years in critical care nursing preferred
