Nurse Practitioner | Outpatient | Workweek

A busy urgent care program in Kingman, Arizona — part of the largest non‑profit healthcare system in northwest Arizona — is seeking an experienced FNP with ED or urgent care background for a full‑time position offering a strong base salary, RVU productivity bonus, and a 3‑day workweek on 12‑hour shifts. • Assess, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with a variety of urgent medical conditions
• Perform physical examinations and order diagnostic tests as clinically indicated
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient encounters
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and follow established clinical protocols

• MSN from accredited NP program required
• ED or urgent care NP experience required
• Strong independent clinical assessment and decision‑making skills
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented clinical environment
• BLS certification required
