Registered Nurse - RN - Medical-Surgical

Schedule: Days – 6:45 pm–7:00 am

Job Type: Full‑time Nights

Sign‑on Bonus: Up to $10,000

As a registered nurse (RN) you will provide patient care in the Medical‑Surgical Department using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, triage) and support the health and well‑being of patients across all age groups.

• Perform plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
• Document patient care and monitor patient condition, communicating with the care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
• Coordinate patient care across disciplines, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and support needs.
• Provide patient and family education appropriate to age, culture, and circumstances.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of patients.
• Participate in performance improvement and continuing education.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Neonate, Infant, Early Childhood, Late Childhood, Adolescent, Young Adult, Middle Adult, Older Adult.

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required;
  Bachelor's or Master’s Degree preferred.
• Active Arizona or Compact RN license.
• BCLS required.
• ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care certifications preferred.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.
