Compensation & Benefits- Annual compensation: $340,000 – $360,000 per year (1099)
- Vacation: 7 weeks annually
- Call schedule: One weekday call per week starting at 3:00 PM, plus one weekend call per month
- Post‑call shifts: Typically very short days with early‑out opportunities
- Additional earnings: Option to increase pay with extra shifts
- CME: Earn credits from AANA by attending Grand Rounds hosted by Greater Anesthesia Solutions

- Flexibility: Opportunity to earn more with extra shifts
- Provide anesthesia care for patients at Tempe St. Luke’s Hospital.
- Perform a broad range of anesthesia techniques with clinical excellence.
- Collaborate with medical staff and work independently when required.
- Contribute to a supportive, team‑oriented care environment.
- Current CRNA license in Arizona.
- Strong clinical skills and experience with a broad range of anesthesia techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
