LPN; Memory Care

Overview

We're seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve our Assisted Living and Memory Care department at Mirabella  facility houses more than 370 residents, a 21‑bed Skilled Unit and a 20‑bed memory care unit. Residents enjoy highly personalized care in 21 private suites with state‑of‑the‑art amenities. The role offers a supportive environment with low patient ratios and strong leadership.

Full‑time Day Shift (7:00 am–7:00 pm).

• Current Arizona LPN license earned from an accredited nursing program.
• Experience in long‑term care, skilled nursing, geriatrics, or related settings.
• Strong understanding of facility functions, organization, policies, regulations and procedures.
• Valid CPR/AED and First Aid certification.
• Will pass a fingerprint clearance check.
