DaVita is hiring a dialysis registered nurse in Tempe, AZ to provide treatment at SNF partner sites. You will monitor vitals, coordinate care with teams, and educate patients and families on care plans.
Minimum requirements include an active RN license and 1+ year of RN experience, with hemodialysis experience preferred. ADN is required, BSN preferred; ICU/CCU/ER/Med/Surg experience is a plus. CNN/CDN certification is a plus.
