PRN Preop PACU RNs & Operating Room Circulating RNs

About the Role:

Virtuous Management Group LLC is seeking skilled and dedicated PRN Preop/PACU RNs and Operating Room Circulating RNs to join our team in Tempe, AZ. • Provide pre-operative nursing assessments, patient education, and preparation for surgical procedures
• Monitor and manage post‑anesthesia recovery patients in the PACU, ensuring safe transition of care
• Perform circulating RN duties in the OR, including surgical site preparation and sterile field maintenance
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately in the medical record
• Identify and respond to changes in patient condition, initiating emergency protocols as needed
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety standards, and Joint Commission guidelines

• Active Arizona RN license in good standing
• Minimum 1‑2 years of perioperative, PACU, or OR circulating nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• CNOR certification preferred for OR Circulating RN candidates
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, anesthesia recovery, and perioperative protocols
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and team collaboration skills
• Ability to work PRN/as‑needed shifts with schedule flexibility
