Weekend Infusion & Home Health RNSalary Range: $45,000 to $55,000
We’re looking for nurses who enjoy working with patients and caregivers to improve the health and quality of life of our community to join our Weekend team.The right candidate will be highly motivated and flexible and looking for a positive work environment. For decades we’ve delivered the highest standard of care in Arizona. We’re the preferred provider for most of the major hospitals in the valley. Unlike most home care agencies, we have an in-house pharmacy that allows our clinicians to closely monitor the patient’s response to IV medication.

The Weekend Warrior will apply all nursing skills in this role, including infusion, wound care, ostomy teach, medication teach, and disease management. Our orientation program is based on your clinical experience and need for further education. We encourage work-life balance through the ability to document at the point of care. Requirements Schedule- Saturday and Sunday, consistent weekend schedule
- Visit window: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Visits scheduled within this timeframe — not continuous bedside shifts)

- Manageable caseloads with strong office and clinical support
You'll carry a caseload of home health patients across the valley, delivering skilled nursing visits and managing patient-centered care from start of care through discharge. Day to day, that includes:
- Perform skilled nursing visits (wound care, wound vacs, IV therapy, medication administration)
- Conducting Start of Care (SOC), Resumption of Care (ROC), recertification, and discharge assessments
- Manage central lines (PICC, ports) and perform venipuncture
- Develop and update Plans of Care in collaboration with physicians
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatments, medications, and safety
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams (LPNs, CNAs, therapy, pharmacy)
- Complete EMR documentation and support discharge planning
Required:
- Active Arizona RN license (Compact RN license accepted)
- Home health experience required (2+ years of direct patient care strongly preferred)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN accepted)
- Current CPR/BLS and First Aid certification
- Valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (standard for home health in AZ)
- Valid AZ driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
- Current TB test results
- Home infusion therapy
- Wound care & wound vacs
- OASIS & Medicare documentation
- Central line / PICC line management
- EMR / point-of-care charting
- 2-3 years in a range of nursing roles
