Pay: $18–$24 per hour (based on experience) + Bonuses in Summer and Year-End!

• Assist the Foreman with daily maintenance and landscape care
• Perform tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, and irrigation checks
• Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently
• Help inspect plant health and identify issues like pests or irrigation problems
• Ensure safety standards are followed on every job

• Experience:
  
  At least 1 year in landscape maintenance or fine gardening (preferred, not required)
• Physical Ability:
  Can lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
• Team Player:
  Works well under direction and communicates clearly
• Credentials:
  Valid driver’s license preferred, E-Verify compliant
• Positive Attitude and Willingness to Learn
