Openings: 3 Positions
Shift: 1st Shift - Tuesday - Saturday work week
Pay Rate: $21XX
Bonus Program:
Up to $3,000 with updated payout structure:
$1,000 at 14 days with perfect attendance
$1,000 at 60 days
$1,000 at 90 days
Role Overview
Responsible for performing standardized tests on a wide range of aviation equipment. This position requires accurate documentation and analysis of test results to ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct industry-specific tests on aviation equipment following established protocols.
Record detailed observations and analyze data to identify performance trends and potential issues.
Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accurate measurements.
Collaborate with engineering teams to refine testing procedures and improve equipment reliability.
Support the development of safety guidelines and best practices within the aviation industry.
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in the field or a related area.
Knowledge of industry-standard tests and tools (e.g., calipers, drop mics, bore gauges, inside/outside micrometers).
Experience using torque wrenches and working with mechanical systems.
Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the field.
Ability to work under direct supervision and achieve goals with limited experience and judgment.
Problem-solving skills with creativity and latitude.
Ability to lift more than 30 lbs. and manage physical risks associated with testing.

Reporting Structure:
Reports to a supervisor.

Candidates must be U.S. citizens.
Timekeeping:
Worker will use TWB for weekly time reporting. Supplier should register the worker in Fieldglass; worker will not need direct access.
