Overview of Position

This role will focus on ensuring our service and processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements related to ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 17025:2017, and customer specifications. The primary responsibility in this role is process improvement through process audits and driving improvement plans and action items through auditing. Communication with customers through qualifications, meetings, and audits is required. Support of our Quality Management System and related documentation is also required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Perform Process and Spot Audits for operational improvement, corrective actions, and as requested.
- Issue audit reports, present findings, set ownership, and drive action items related to the audit.
- Generate customer‑facing reports and presentations. Assist with on‑site visits and audits as needed.
- Track monitoring data including environmental, recertifications, etc.
- Drive closure of all tasks lists and deadlines on quality management system.
- Support in tracking quality systems action follow‑up.
- Support document revisions and uploads. Assist with document improvements.
- Track KPIs and annual supplier and customer surveys.
- Support upkeep in Quality Management System, including calibrations, forms, and document revisions.
- Collate and share data as needed for broadcast boards, staff meetings, etc.
- As needed generate dashboards and reports for managerial review.
- Monitor and update compliance software.
- Other compliance projects as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 3-5 Years Experience in Quality Assurance and/or semiconductor‑or related‑industry.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, science, or business) or equivalent experience.
- Be comfortable occasionally working in a cleanroom and production floor to perform audits.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills:
To identify and resolve quality issues. - Attention to detail:
To ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks. - Experience with Microsoft Suite to create documents revisions, generate reports, and track data.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills:
To collaborate with other departments and stakeholders. - Knowledge of quality assurance principles and methodologies:
Such as ISO standards and Six Sigma. - Experience with quality control procedures and tools:
Such as inspection equipment and software. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: $75,000 - $80,000
This job equally operates in a production and professional office environment. The environment will include wet or humid conditions (non‑weather related), extreme cold and heat (non‑weather related), working near moving mechanical parts or equipment. Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Regularly lifting and/or moving up to 30 pounds. Physical requirements further include the ability to engage in productive and collaborative communication and may need to be performed during non‑standard hours, including nights, weekends and possibly holidays.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to move about the facility. The employee is required to sit; use hands to finger; handle; or feel/hold objects; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; speak, hear, and smell. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk, and hear as well as interact with other employees.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Generally, the incumbent must be able to sit/stand and use a computer for extended periods of time.
