What You'll Do- Produce a quality product that meets customer specifications and maintain sufficient inventory to satisfy internal and external customers.
- Perform inspection and tests on parts and assemblies per written specifications.
- Use electrical or mechanical equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, current meters, voltage meters, dial calipers and indicators, height gauges, micrometers, and microscopes.
- Complete and maintain accurate test data and records.
- Interface with production and engineering teams.
- Creation and maintenance of work instructions, visual aids, and standard work documents.
- Use basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of experience with all safety (mechanical, chemical, electrical) procedures applicable to the job.
- Associate Degree.
- The Tester must be able to multitask in a manufacturing environment and may be needed to perform specialized tests and rework procedures as directed by supervision.
- Must maintain adequate throughput with high levels of quality while working in a dark room environment.
- Must have strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Must be able to work alone and with others in a dark room environment.
- Ability to clearly read, write, and understand English.
- Working knowledge of electrical or mechanical measuring equipment and quality control terminology.
- Related manufacturing work experience (including soldering and high‑volume production) Soldering certification.
- Must be able to multi‑task.
- Ability to become familiar with Six Sigma problem‑solving tools, 5S and Lean methodologies.
- Teamwork oriented.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision if necessary.
- Ability to make quality decisions quickly.
- Manual dexterity.
- Hand‑eye coordination.
- Good (correctable) eyesight (or ability to discern visually).
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.

- Under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), all employees assigned to this client must provide documentation verifying their status as a ‘U.S. Person’, as defined in ITAR clause 120.15.
