Quality Assurance Position
Only qualified candidates located near the Tempe, Arizona area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence.
Required
Education:
Associate of Arts (AA) Degree or equivalent.
Required Experience:
Experience working in a clean room environment. Experience with biosafety and good laboratory practices.
Tech
Skills:
Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). Familiarity with biosafety laboratory practices. Experience with Track Wise preferred. Ability to manage shipping tracking documentation and inventory. Ability to conduct image and video reviews and maintain tracking records.
Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills. Timely communication with internal and external customers. Ability to follow procedures and regulatory requirements. Ability to escalate unexpected issues appropriately. Professional communication and relationship management skills. Ability to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Document complaint samples received in the Field Assurance Lab for evaluation. Support daily requests for sample return kits to be shipped domestically and internationally. Maintain tracking documentation and communicate with requestors in a timely manner. Assemble sample return kits and coordinate warehouse pickups and drop offs. Ensure accurate and timely shipping of sample return kits. Track shipping inventory and order supplies through approved vendors.
Oversee image and video review requests received as tasks. Run queries in Track Wise to capture image and video review requests. Process image and video review requests in a timely manner. Maintain image and video review trackers and follow up on pending requests. Maintain Good Documentation Practices (GDP) when recording preliminary and sample analysis results. Escalate unexpected issues to the Supervisor or Manager.
Maintain Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) consistent with biosafety laboratory practices. Maintain a clean work environment. Maintain professional working relationships with internal and external customers and support staff. Store and dispose of complaint samples in accordance with applicable procedures. Support continuous improvement of laboratory processes. Understand and follow procedures and regulatory requirements.
