Test Associate

Experis is seeking a Test Associate to join their team to support testing of our partners interactive entertainment products. As a Test Associate, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the development and testing teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Test Associate

Location: Tempe, Arizona

Pay Range: $15.50

What's the Job?

• Execute functional, regression, and exploratory testing for assigned features or systems.
• Create, update, and maintain test cases and related documentation.
• Log clear and reproducible bugs, verify fixes, and ensure adherence to reporting standards.
• Collaborate with developers and QA leads to clarify requirements and improve coverage.
• Identify process or testing gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required;
  Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience with basic PC usage and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with MS Office or equivalent productivity tools.
• Interest in interactive technology and comfort working with AI systems.
