Job Description

The Quality Management System (QMS), Quality Control & Returns Associate plays a key role in supporting the company’s quality operations by maintaining compliance with internal procedures, ensuring product quality through inspection and testing, and managing product returns and related investigations. This position upholds company and regulatory standards through accurate documentation, process adherence, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update the Quality Management System (QMS), including SOPs, forms, and records.
  • Perform Quality Control (QC) inspections and checks to ensure products meet required standards and specifications.
  • Document inspection results, identify nonconformances, and help with root cause investigations.
  • Support Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) by tracking follow‑ups and verifying completion.
  • Handle product returns (RMA) coordinate with Customer Service, Sales, and Operations to ensure quick resolution.
  • Inspect and evaluate returned products to determine root cause and next steps (repair, replace, or scrap).
  • Keep quality logs, reports, and metrics up to date.
  • Assist during internal and external audits and help maintain audit readiness.
  • Support team training and help enforce compliance with quality procedures.
  • Collaborate across departments to improve processes and prevent quality issues.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in Quality, Returns, or Operations (manufacturing or distribution environment preferred).
  • Good understanding of quality documentation and inspection processes.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic quality tracking tools.
