Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field including two (2) years managerial experience; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
Job DescriptionUnder general direction, supports the management and administration of university real estate assets and property operations. Assists with lease administration, property compliance, financial tracking, tenant coordination, and capital project support. Works closely with the Director of Real Estate Management, additional Real Estate Manager, internal and external university partners, tenants, landlords, and third-party managers to ensure accurate records, regulatory compliance, and effective property operations.
SalaryRange
$70,000 - $75,000; DOE
Essential Duties- Provides tenant coordination support, including space access and key requests, signage coordination, and correspondence.
- Assists with capital projects and tenant improvement coordination, including pay applications and reimbursement documentation.
- Supports property inspections, reporting, budgeting, and related administrative functions and provides proactive oversight.
- Reviews property valuations and assists with essential property due diligence functions.
- Supports tracking, oversight, and enforcement of certificates of insurance (COIs).
- Drafting and processing of university property agreements, such as licenses and use agreements.
- Support various property marketing efforts.
- Assists with lease administration and updates within lease management software (Visual Lease), including milestones and critical dates.
- Knowledge of budget management methods and techniques.
- Knowledge of real estate contracts and property management principles.
- Knowledge of procurement principles and practices.
- Knowledge of the principles of exemplary customer service is demonstrated through actively listening, acknowledging, and responding to every inquiry; taking ownership and resolving each concern or problem as appropriate; exhibiting professionalism and expertise in every interaction; and engaging in professional development to meet expectations for service excellence.

- Activities are performed in an environmentally controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting, keyboarding, and manipulating a computer mouse; required to stand for varying lengths of time and walk moderate distances to perform work.
- Infrequent bending, reaching, lifting, pushing and pulling up to 25 pounds.
- Regular activities require ability to quickly change priorities, which may include and/or are subject to resolution of conflicts.
- Ability to clearly communicate verbally, read, write, see and hear to perform essential functions.
