Operate the dishwasher to clean all dishes and cooking utensils used in the kitchen and restaurant.;
Scrub pots and restock supplies in the assigned areas.;
Clean and mop kitchen floors and remove trash; maintain cleanliness in kitchen areas and loading dock.;
Perform general/routine cleaning tasks to adhere to health standards.;
Assist with special guest requests and support co-workers as needed.
