Prep Cook

Job Description

The Food Prep is responsible for the preparation of foods according to the standardized recipes and production methods; ensures high quality using safe, sanitary food handling techniques during preparation, service and storage and daily quality control checks; works multiple production stations and conducts quality control checks on taste, temperature and presentation; trains and orients selected staff on food production and safety and sanitation practices;

performs other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor.
