As a Macayo's server you will have a great impact on the guest's dining experience. You will work in a fast-paced, service-oriented atmosphere to provide each guest with an excellent experience.
- Welcome each guest with a friendly smile
- Provide a tour of Macayo's menu, highlighting our fresh homemade food
- Take pride in ensuring that all food served is hot (when applicable) fresh and accurate
- Maintain great service throught the guest's visit, providing timely order taking, refills, check fulfillment and ensuring cleanliness
- Ensure a memorable dining experience for every guest
, assisting teammates in accomplishing this when necessary - Do whatever it takes to make sure every guest leaves happy and willing to return and recommend Macayo's to all
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid Food Handler's Card required with 30 days of hire
- Prefer a minimum of one year of previous serving experience
- Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
- Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time
