Essential FunctionProvides an optimal customer experience utilizing our selling behaviors. Ensures all transactions are complete and accurate and the store is maintained to meet brand standards.
Primary DutiesDeliver excellent customer service, ensure transactions are accurate, support store appearance, and resolve customer issues promptly.
Collaborate effectively with team members, support onboarding and training, and promote diversity and inclusion.
Record sales, handle monetary transactions, complete reports, assist with shipment processing, and maintain store cleanliness. May open/close the store.
Follow safety policies, inventory control, and HAZMAT procedures.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Retail sales/customer service experience preferred
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to understand product labels and follow directions
