C. Penney - - Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers and deliver outstanding customer service; promote products and services; collaborate with team members effectively;
Monitor fulfillment systems, pick and pack orders, and complete Ship from Store and Buy Online Pickup in Store activities; Research order shortages/overages, perform shipment check-in, binning, and reporting; maintain stock area; process deliveries and returns on register;
Partner with Merchandise Associates to replenish store inventory and participate in annual inventory;
Meet or exceed performance standards including shrink, safety, omnichannel, and attendance
