• Recruit, hire, and train part‑time staff to ensure top‑quality demonstrations.
• Oversee product preparation and presentation while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Provide training for Product Demonstrators in effective demonstration techniques and exceptional customer service.
• Ensure clear communication with warehouse managers, vendors, and demonstrators.
• Participate in grand openings of new locations, showcasing our products to new customers.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two to four years of relevant experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments.
• Attention to detail with excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated success in leading high‑performing teams.
• Strong decision‑making skills and the ability to exercise independent judgment.
• Experience in coaching and providing constructive feedback to employees.
• Flexibility to thrive in a fast‑paced work environment.
