Retail Display Installer – Electronics – Part Time

Job Location:

TEMPE, AZ 85281 and surrounding area.

Join Action Link as a Part‑Time Retail Merchandiser to install and maintain electronic promotional displays at major retail stores. Work up to 15 hours per week during weekdays (8:00 am–5:00 pm) with opportunities for additional hours.

• Complete projects at assigned retail stores within a major retail territory.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays.
• Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T‑Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel.
• Submit same‑day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit.
• Travel to store locations; drive between stores with personal vehicle.

• Paid at $20.00 per hour for general merchandising projects.
• Higher rates for additional technical projects based on need.
• W‑2 employment with bi‑weekly pay schedule and direct deposit.

• Paid training time provided before starting work.
• Accrue PTO hours each week worked.

• Prior merchandising, third‑party logistics, or relevant retail experience preferred.
• Ability to handle all levels of merchandising work within the assigned territory.
• Attention to detail and following complex written instructions and display diagrams.
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small team as needed.
• Internet access, basic hand‑held tools, and a Wi‑Fi/GPS enabled smart device; laptop/desktop access is a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle; required to use it for work.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
