Job Description
An automotive client of Insight Global is seeking a Service Parts Admin to sit onsite in Tempe, 3 days a week. This person will be entering service part orders into the client system using SAP and Salesforce. You will be responsible for part ordering, customer calls, and orders to body shops. Within the role, you will be ensuring the orders for the parts are correct, the VIN number matches, the color is correct, any back orders are tracked down or other issues that arise.
An expected hourly rate depending on location and years of experience is $25/hr
