As a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. You will be on your feet and on the go, and maintaining a positive attitude will ensure customers have a great experience from start to finish.

• Makes safety a priority by following all safety standards, procedures and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Clears all areas of the facility—floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles—using approved chemicals, tools and equipment.
• Responds to spills and operates floor scrubbers, disposing of cardboard, plastic and trash in line with the Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Maintains appropriate levels of approved chemicals and supplies, rotates and stores them properly, and places orders when supplies are low.
• Act with integrity by upholding the highest standards of ethics and compliance, modeling Walmart values, and contributing to a regenerative company culture.
• Serves customers and members by delivering results and making decisions based on reliable information.
• Demonstrates curiosity, takes calculated risks, and supports continuous improvement through new technologies and skills.
