Retail Sales Associates are ambassadors of the Burlington brand, providing world‑class service to customers. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, maintaining a neat and clean sales floor, and supporting the management team with day‑to‑day store operations. Associates may be assigned to any of the following departments:
Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot.

• Assist customers in locating merchandise
• Help with floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
• Ring up sales at registers and bag the merchandise
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager from time to time

Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.

Base pay: $15.15 per hour for Regular Part‑Time positions. Competitive wage, flexible hours, and an associate discount. Part‑time associates may be eligible for the Burlington benefits package, which includes dental and vision coverage, life insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan.
