Direct all business processes at the assigned Sprouts store and drive sales and efficiency.;
Lead a team of approximately ten people (Department Managers and Receivers) with courtesy, respect, integrity, and care.;
Develop the store leadership team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.;
Manage inventory, labor, and expenses to meet targets as a rate to sales (P&L ownership).;
Ensure safety, sanitation, labeling, and weights & measures compliance; oversee in-store displays and pricing.
