We are seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional customer service and expert guidance within our retail environment. This role involves assisting customers with their shopping experience, managing sales transactions, and maintaining an organized and inviting store atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail/restaurant setting.

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products, finding gifts, able to answer basic questions about the restaurant
• Covers the floor during peak times of day within the restaurant/retail walls
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cashiering, cash handling, and processing transactions
• Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with quality products
• Support inventory management through stocking, inventory counts, and stock replenishment
• Gift wrapping/bagging if guest wants/requests especially during holiday season
• Gift basket execution during holidays
• Ensure the store environment remains clean, safe, and welcoming for all visitors
• Assisting receiving manager with tagging and unboxing
• Assists merchandiser with display upkeep and large floor shifts

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math calculations
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking and merchandising tasks
• Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for diverse customer interactions
