The Part Time Core Associate role at Pandora is an on-site position based in Tempe, AZ. This role focuses on supporting daily store operations, including replenishing and organizing core product, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring the sales floor and back‑of‑house areas remain clean and efficient. The Core Associate collaborates closely with store leadership and sales teams to track inventory levels, execute product moves, and support promotions or new product launches.

This position also assists with basic customer service needs, such as locating items, preparing merchandise, and supporting checkout during peak periods. This is a part time role, requiring flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.

• Ability to manage inventory-related tasks, including stock replenishment, organization, and basic inventory counting.
• Skills in retail operations support, such as maintaining visual merchandising standards and ensuring a clean, orderly back‑of‑house environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with store team members.
• Attention to detail, reliability in following processes, and capability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced retail setting.
• Comfort with basic technology used in retail (point-of-sale systems, handheld devices, and inventory tools).
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move stock, and perform other physical tasks associated with store operations.
• Prior retail or stockroom experience is beneficial but not required; interest in jewelry and fashion is an advantage.
• Availability to work part time, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required by business needs.
