Job Description

Big Two Toyota Scion of Chandler is looking for an outgoing individual to cashier in our service department. Individual must be able to work weekdays of Monday through Saturday, however, the schedule would usually consist of 5 days a week. This is a full time position with benefits.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prompt, Courteous, Efficient Service
• Verify Accuracy of Contact Information
• Verify Accuracy of Completed Work
• Apply Appropriate Discounts and Coupons
• Accurate Calculations of the Final Invoice
• Complete Payment Transaction
• Neat Organized Work Space
• Other Tasks that Management Assigns

Qualifications:

• Prior Dealership Cashier Experience
• Familiar with Reynolds & Reynolds DMS system
• Warm & Friendly
• Good Communication Skills
• Able to Easily Build Rapport
• Guest Oriented, Outstanding Customer Service Skills
• Dependable
• Neat Appearance and Grooming
• Positive Enthusiastic Team Player
• Flexible for Scheduling
• Hourly paid position.
