What you will do as an Inside Sales Specialist at GLS

We’re growing! GLS is currently looking for highly motivated Inside Sales Specialists to help us crush our goals for 2025. Inside Sales Specialists focus on building strong business relationships with our GLS dealership partners, augmenting the current dealer pipeline, and generating new opportunities.

How you will drive value within the organization as an Inside Sales Specialist?
  • Utilize your sales and negotiation skills to make 80–100 daily outbound calls to dealers to increase the deal pipeline and provide information on the GLS dealer program
  • Focus on customer success and build and maintain positive business relationships with dealer partners
  • Collaborate with dealer partners to provide deal structure, decisions and optimum support and updates on active deals
  • Document all relevant communication and updates in CRM and the company’s proprietary software
  • Establish and track monthly purchase objectives for assigned dealers
  • Support the Funding team with documentation issues
What you should have to be successful as an Inside Sales Specialist?
  • High school diploma required; college degree highly desirable
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate persuasively and negotiate effectively
  • Ability to think quickly in a dynamic environment and successfully overcome objections
  • Proficient computer skills with working knowledge of Internet and standard business applications such as Microsoft Office
  • Ability to navigate between several computer applications on multiple screens
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain organization
  • Strong internal motivation and interpersonal skills

Employment Requirements
  • Remain in a stationary position for up to 100% of the workday
  • Constantly operate a computer and other standard office equipment
  • Talk and hear to exchange accurate information
  • Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading
  • The position does not require travel
  • This position is full‑time
  • Ability to work 100% onsite with a rotational Saturday every other week

$47,000 – $52,000 a year
